Natsume announced earlier this week that More Friends of Mineral Town the classic GBA game will be hitting the Wii U Virtual Console.

The game will cost you a total of $6.99 US dollars and will require 73. MB of free space on your system.

There will be NO eShop release for any of the GBA Harvest Moon Titles, so please stop asking Natsume about it. ^^''

E3 2015: SoM and PopoloCrois: A SoS Fairytale

by Kirika on June 22nd - 2015 at 11:34:05 AM in Harvest Moon News

E3 is over but it didn’t pass without any HM and SoS news.

The first bit of news I’ll talk about is Harvest Moon Seeds of Memories, the new title that Natsume announced a few weeks prior.  The game will be for WiiU, iOS and android.

The game will feature the same cast from The Lost Valley.  However, the characters will feature different artwork from the first title and may even have different jobs and personalities than they did in the last game. For examples Brutus in TLV was the blacksmith who refined ore, in SoM he’ll be the carpenter instead.   It’s similar to the alternate universe style we saw in the past from HM64 to Back to Nature.

Some other things you’ll see in the new installment are:

Actual Town – named Chestnut Town

Multiple Maps

Ability to Forage

Touch Controls (mobile)

A total of Five Bachelors’ and Bachelorettes’ to woo (Hunter, Gilbert, Tony, Luke, Andrea, April, Emily, Catherine and two secret characters)

The games storyline will mostly revolve around you trying to restore everyone’s memories of the town and farm. To do so you’ll be required to do simple day-to-day tasks such as raising friendship or taking care of animals.

Also the game will not have terrforming the new feature that was added to TLV.  Revista YUME did capture some of the live demo of it which you can check out via their youtube. Please keep in mind if you do check it out that the game is still in early development so some things you see may change for the final version.

Also, as of June 19, 2015 Harvest Moon The Lost Valley is officially out in PAL territories thanks to Rising Star Games!  Be sure to check it out if you haven’t already.  DLC for the game has already begun to come out as well.

Next up with E3 is the SoS news.  Though truthfully it’s not a full SoS game but a spin off that’s going to be localized by XSEED.  The game’s full title will be Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons Fairytale and it will be for the 3DS.  I don’t know much else about it, but feel free to check out the clip below to get a feel for the game!

Seeds of Memories?

by Kirika on June 2nd - 2015 at 05:55:40 PM in Harvest Moon News

Earlier today Natsume Inc. teased fans via social media outlets with a new logo for an upcoming game.  The image shown read, Harvest Moon Seeds of Memories.

Currently not much is known about it yet, however, Natsume is planning on revealing more information about the upcoming game during E3 this year.  Seeds of Memories will be their second title since the break away from the Bokujou Monogatari  series in 2014. The new game will be on WiiU, ios, and PC

Also on that note, DLC for Harvest Moon The Lost Valley will be hitting again mid-June.  The DLC seems like it will include two new marriage candidates moving into Hillsville – one guy (Luke) and one woman (???).  For more information on them please be sure to check out the Natsume FaceBook page for details.

Story of Seasons Pre-Order Bonus!

by Kirika on January 29th - 2015 at 05:14:08 PM in Harvest Moon News

It’s been awhile since I’ve checked to see if there’s been any Story of Seasons news to report, and to my surprise there is!

Nothing too major, but according to XSEED the Angora rabbit pocket plush will be available for the pre-order purchase of Story of Seasons from GameStop, Amazon, EB Games Canda and other participating retailers.  Sadly no date has been officially announced for release by XSEED however; on sites like Amazon you’ll be surprised to see a release date set for March 31, 2015.

In the mean time for those wanting to read up on the translation process of Story of Seasons you should check out XSEED’s official Tumblr Blog. It features little bits of information on game play, story, as well as some nice screenshots to get you all hyped up.

On a side note to any of our guests if you notice any wrong information on the site especially in game pages please do not hesitate to shoot us an e-mail at, the sooner it is pointed out the sooner we can fix it. For visitors looking for help in The Lost Valley please check out our underconstruction unoffical valley guide on the forum.

Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley got it's official release date today via the Natsume social media pages. Be sure to mark your calendars. Nov. 4, 2014 is the release which means we have 26 days left to wait!

Pre-orders on the Natsume Store have officially opened up as well. With that being said, they're also giving the option of either the premium bonus plush Bunny or the small normal pre-order LV dog.

The dog plush is no different from the one GameStop is giving out. Those wanting the premium should know that it does cost an additional $10.00 jumping the price of the game from $29.99 to $39.99
